Casagrand's Hyderabad flats are mid-rise to high-rise communities with large clubhouses, pools and open land. Home sizes are generous, usually from about 1,800 sq ft, and most plans are 3 BHK or 4 BHK.
The projects sit on three corridors. Kompally has two, close to NH44. Ameenpur on Miyapur–Bachupally Road has one, near the Metro. Attapur has one high-rise project near the ORR. Choose the corridor that matches your office and your family.
Clubhouses range from about 13,000 to 41,000 sq ft, with pools, gyms and indoor games.
Several projects keep two-thirds of the land open for gardens and play areas.
Kompally, Miyapur–Bachupally Road and Attapur all have strong jobs, schools and hospitals nearby.
Every project lists its TG RERA number, so the approved plan and dates are easy to verify.
Apartment prices here begin near ₹1.35 crore and climb to about ₹3.3 crore for the biggest homes. Kompally has the lowest entry prices, and Attapur has the highest because of its high-rise towers and floor villas.
For rental, Miyapur–Bachupally Road and Attapur are close to large employers. For long-term growth, look at upcoming roads and Metro plans near each project, and ask for the handover date in writing.
